The most important part of the process is the client interview, which usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours on Zoom. This is where I hear your story, learn about your goals, and dig deep to uncover what makes you uniquely qualified to serve in your next position. Questioning, probing, challenging, and active listening are crucial, as a resume is only as good as the information it’s working with.
You don't have very long to position yourself in the reader's mind. Therefore, all of the sections of the resume must be meticulously crafted and work together to tell a fast, compelling story that presents your experience and accomplishments immediately and clearly.
I will have a draft of your resume to you within 5 business days. From there, we can get on Zoom to strategize further and make more edits, or go back and forth with a marked-up Word document. We continue this process until you love how you are being presented.
